Why doesn't my key work?

That's usually caused by confusion between letters and numbers. Please try to re-enter your key while being careful about confusing the letter O and zero, etc.

Neither your name nor key are case-sensitive. If asked for your name, enter it as it appears in your receipt.

It's easiest to just copy & paste your key:

1. Click (keep the mouse button down) & drag from left to right over your key.
2. Right click on the highlighted key.
3. Choose Copy.
4. Switch to the program that you're registering.
5. Right click in the key field.
6. Choose Paste.

If you bought the Rapid Resizer before August 2004, your key will only work with the older versions here. If you prefer the new version, you can buy it.
