Why haven't I received my keys yet?

They're e-mailed automatically, but if your e-mail service blocked my message, then I have to resend it manually. This can take a day.

If your e-mail has a Junk or Spam folder, please search it for my message.

If after a day, your keys still haven't arrived, you can e-mail me.

If e-mail's not working for you, you can call 1-800-887-5709 and I'll call back with your keys.

If you're a past customer who needs keys resent, use the key resender.
